Back in August or Sept. Jackson developed this big lump on his neck. That earned him a trip to the Dr. She was sure it was Mono, so Daddy and Jackson set off to the hospital to have some bloodwork. Daddy said Jackson was very brave and only cried a tiny bit. Then, they went for ice cream at DQ.
Surprisingly enough, the blood work was negative for Mono (which the Dr said it must then be a virus similar to Mono, and treat it like Mono). He was a little lethargic for a day and then was fine. It took a while for the neck swelling to go down but that hasn't slowed him down! We love this active, sweet and curious little boy!
